What We Offer

Pigeon Pilates offers private equipment based classes that are individually programmed to meet client’s fitness goals. Your first session will include a complimentary 30 minute consult to discuss injuries, limitations, fitness goals and an introduction to each piece of equipment. Each 50 minute session thereafter will be tailored to your body and needs.

The Pigeon Pilates studio has three pieces of Pilates equipment: the reformer, the chair, and the springboard. Each apparatus has unique benefits that will be used to challenge, strengthen, and rehabilitate based on individual goals and needs.
